me&u becomes MSL Solution’s preferred platform for mobile ordering and payments.

me&u is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with sports, leisure and hospitality SaaS technology provider MSL Solutions Limited (ASX: MSL, “MSL”). The partnership between MSL and me&u will accelerate the introduction of contactless ordering solutions across Australia’s pubs, bars and clubs.

This agreement will see me&u become MSL's preferred partner for in-seat and at-table ordering and payment services. me&u and MSL will partner to enable MSL’s customer base to integrate their POS system with me&u’s platform.

The me&u platform enables customers to tap a beacon or scan a QR code on their table to view a digital menu. From there, customers use their smartphone to order and pay from the comfort of their seats. As people return to their favourite venues, the systems work together to provide a contactless and frictionless experience for both the customer and operator.

Hundreds of Australia’s leading hospitality venues including the likes of Merivale, Rockpool, Solotel, The Opera Bar and Howard Smith Wharves are unlocking significant value from the me&u platform, with venues seeing an average 27.5 per cent increase in average sales. Through the partnership with MSL, me&u will seamlessly integrate with membership programs, so loyal customers can continue to unlock membership discounts.
